More than 80 members of the Class of 2024 returned to Grand & Warren on May 28 for the third annual Battle of the Senior Homerooms. First launched by Charlie Dino, ’22, this day of friendly competition, now a Prep tradition, welcomes our graduating seniors one last time to celebrate the end of the school year and to enjoy one another’s company as they look ahead to commencement.
Hundreds of Prep Students rallied this month to become the top fundraising team in the nation by collecting a tremendous $76,222 (smashing last year’s record-setting $62,607) at the 2024 Student Sleep Out in support of Covenant House—an annual event during which members of our community sleep in our courtyard in solidarity with those individuals who experience homelessness each year.

More than 100 boys from nearly 30 middle schools across New Jersey joined members of the Classes of 2024 and 2025 at Grand & Warren on March 22 for an all-day workshop on leadership hosted in conjunction with students from Saint Dominic Academy.
The Prep community gathered in the gym on March 20 for an Arrupe Keynote panel that led us on a metaphorical pilgrimage with the US prison system to learn more about the lived realities of individuals who have been incarcerated or accused. For more than 20 years, this annual Prep tradition, named for Pedro Arrupe, S.J., the late superior general of the Jesuits, who charged the religious order with its modern mission of forming “men and women for and with others,” explores a different topic related to social justice.
