The Jesuit Excellence Tour (JET) hosted a miniature college fair at Grand & Warren on April 10, allowing our student body to connect with representatives from Jesuit colleges and universities across the country during the daily Community Period.
This series of annual recruitment events, organized through the Association of Jesuit Colleges & Universities, allows admissions staff at Jesuit colleges and universities to jointly connect with high school students in targeted areas throughout the nation.

“The Jesuit Excellence Tour (JET) is a very valuable opportunity for our student body, especially those who are interested in continuing immersing themselves in a Jesuit educational community,” Mr. R. V. “Dan” Sarmiento II, Prep’s Associate Director of College Counseling, said. “In the spirit of discernment and exploration, it is important for Prep students to know that there are many more Jesuit colleges and universities than the few with which they may be familiar—the JET gives them a small glimpse of this as they begin to consider where they will go after they graduate.”
Ninety-nine-percent of Prep students choose to enroll in 4-year colleges and universities after graduation.
