Summer 2026 Assignments

English

• AP Seminar
• All Prep students regardless of class year are expected to read Steinbeck’s The Pearl in preparation for the start of classes. Though there is no assignment other than completing the text, annotations are encouraged.
  • 10th, 11th and 12th graders should have received their copy along with yearbooks to close the academic year.
  • Rising 9th graders should have received messaging for our two distribution dates: Wednesday, 6/17 and Wednesday, 7/1. If neither of those are possible, email Mr. Geary directly (gearyp@spprep.org).
