Following is an overview of Prep’s on-campus athletic facilities
Memorial Gymnasium
Prep’s gym is the home site for all basketball games and wrestling matches. “The Barn” has hosted many state and county playoff games over the years, and the school and Marauder Nation pride themselves on making the site a difficult place for away teams to play.
Keenan Field
The Fr. James F. Keenan, S.J. Athletic Field is a turf field, constructed in 2005. It now serves as the home site for all lacrosse & rugby games, football practices, and some sub-varsity soccer games.
On property are also two small grass fields, as well as the Perkins Athletic Center (see below).
Location: The field is located on Grand Street, between Marin Boulevard and Van Vorst Street The main entrance is located at the end of Sussex Street, off of Van Vorst.
Perkins Athletic Center
The William O. Perkins III, ’84 Athletic Center is adjacent to Keenan Field. This all-new building was dedicated in 2016 and houses athletic offices, weight training facilities, practice space for wrestling and baseball, and locker rooms for football, rugby, and lacrosse.
Location: The PAC is located adjacent to Keenan Field, and is accessible via the field entrance at Sussex and Van Vorst Streets.
