Rising seniors, you are invited to apply for American Legion Jersey Boys State (ALJBS).
ALJBS is the premier youth leadership program for top NJ high school seniors boys. It’s a week-long, college-level seminar that educates and motivates New Jersey’s young men to become citizen leaders in their community, dedicated to service, respect, and Americanism.
- Leadership: Students take part in the political party process, run for elected positions, and develop policy in their cities and counties.
- College: Students also have the opportunity to meet admissions officers from more than 100 topnotch universities, military academies, and technical schools from across the country. They can also earn three transferable college credits upon graduation from the program.
- Camaraderie: Join 1,000 rising high school seniors from across New Jersey and develop friendships that will last a lifetime.
- Career: Students will be able to attend dozens of seminars presented by governmental. business, military, sports, and other leaders from across the country to learn about a wide array of career paths.
