Earlier this month, Oben’s timely sack led to a turnover that started a touchdown drive for Notre Dame, en route to a 23-10 win over the #2 Georgia Bulldogs in the Sugar Bowl. The same weekend, Simon’s 11 tackles, including two sacks and another tackle for a loss, made him Rose Bowl Defensive MVP as OSU downed #1 Oregon, 41-21.
