In late August, new faculty and staff members gathered for a three-day orientation program led by Prep’s Adult Formation Team. This annual tradition is part of the countdown to the new school year, and serves as an introduction to the life and culture of Saint Peter’s Prep for new employees. Highlights included a campus tour as well as overviews of Prep’s Ignatian identity, student life, diversity, global education, athletics, and more…plus an introduction to the idea of “Prep Magic” presented by Dr. Gomez. The three-day program concluded with a festive BBQ in the courtyard, providing a meet-and-greet opportunity with veteran teachers, administrators, and staff members.
