Prep’s Celtic Club and Sheehan Scholars co-hosted a Q&A session in the library on March 8 featuring guest speaker Senator Gerry Horkan, a member of the Fianna Fáil political party who serves on the Industrial and Commercial Panel in the upper house of the Oireachtas, the bicameral parliament of Ireland.
Taking questions from Prep students, Senator Horkan spent Community Period discussing various topics, ranging from the political process, to public transportation, to social programs, to relations between Ireland and the United States.
