For the Prep Class of 2028, the journey of a lifetime is about to begin…and it will begin right at their doorsteps, as their acceptance packets arrive beginning today!
It took a collaborative effort among Prep’s academic administration and the admissions, communications, and operations teams to prepare the massive mailing to these future Marauders. Pictured above are just a small sampling, ready for the trip to Jersey City’s main post office a block away. It took a few carloads, plus a few hand truck loads, to move them all. The message to the accepted Class of ’28 is simple and clear: Welcome to Prep!
Here are some quick facts and figures on the students who have been accepted to the Prep Class of 2028:
- Accepted students represent 126 communities in nine New Jersey counties, plus Manhattan, Brooklyn, and Staten Island in New York.
- A total of 30 New York students have been accepted.
- The accepted students currently attend 157 different schools
- 154 accepted students attended HAP
- 59 reported having a family member who attends or has graduated from Prep
- 174 are receiving Ignatian Scholarship offers.
