The 46th Annual Golf Tournament, Prep’s longest-running fundraiser, welcomed generations of Prep alumni and their guests to Forest Hill Field Club in Bloomfield, NJ on June 10.

The event boasted two shotgun tee-offs, one in the morning and one in the afternoon, for 18 holes on a challenging par 71 Tillinghast-designed course.

In addition to friendly competition and camaraderie, participants enjoyed meals at the clubhouse and outdoor patio; access to an Olympic-sized swimming pool between gameplay; on-site cigar rolling; and more.

As the day concluded, everyone gathered for a buffet dinner, awards ceremony, and the drawing of the annual Super 50/50, the winner of which took home more than $7,500.

John Alexander secured the overall winner’s trophy, the coveted Wagner Cup, presented in memory of longtime tournament participant Marcel E. Wagner, ’56.

With the awards presented, our good company then concluded the day by gathering in the clubhouse to sing renditions of Prep’s alma mater “Pride & Glory” and fight song.
