Mr. John Dougherty | Director

Mr. Dougherty is the Director of Campus Ministry, overseeing the school’s Jesuit identity and mission through its student retreats, service and justice initiatives, and pastoral and liturgical programs. He is primarily responsible for the Kairos and Junior Service programs, and school-wide initiatives such as Arrupe Week. Mr. Dougherty has a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Loyola University Maryland and a master’s degree in Pastoral Ministry from Boston College School of Theology and Ministry.  He also spent a year of service with Alumni Service Corps at St. Joseph’s Preparatory School in Philadelphia, PA. Mr. Ryan O’Connell | Assistant Director

Mr. O’Connell serves as the Assistant Director of Campus Ministry, and is primarily responsible for the four-year retreat program. Mr. O’Connell holds a bachelor’s degree in English and Theology from Fordham University, and a master’s degree in Theology and Culture from Villanova University. He also spent a year of service in Bethel, Alaska with the Jesuit Volunteer Corps. Ms. Phadadria Randall | Administrative Assistant

Ms. Randall assists the Campus Ministry department in its administrative and managerial tasks. Ms. Randall holds a bachelor’s degree in Elementary and Special Education from Seton Hall University, and has completed graduate-level coursework in Higher Education and Student Affairs at New York University. Mr. Kieran Halloran, S.J., regent, liturgical coordinator

Mr. Halloran, S.J., is a Jesuit in formation and serves as Prep’s regent. He coordinates school liturgy and prayer services, moderates the Pax Christi service and justice club, and teaches in the Religion Department. He is a graduate of Xavier High School in New York City, and Georgetown University, where he received a bachelor’s in foreign service/regional comparative studies. Mr. Halloran, S.J., can be reached

Mr. Nick Dawybida, ’15, Alumni Service Corps

Mr. Dawybida, ’15, joins us this year as a member of the Alumni Service Corps. He serves as a retreat leader, provides critical support for all of our programs, and acts as a pastoral presence in the Campus Ministry Lounge.
