On Friday, November 5, Saint Peter’s Prep will host nearly 200 boys for the HSPT Entrance Exam. The HSPT is the high school entrance test used by Catholic high schools in the Newark and Paterson dioceses.

Students taking the exam at Prep should arrive by 8:00 am and should bring their HSPT registration ticket and several #2 pencils. Please come in through the school’s main entrance of the Moriarty Science Center on the Warren Street Plaza (Warren Street between Van Vorst and Grand Streets).

Walk-in registration will also be available for a limited number of students who have not yet registered for the exam. Walk-in students must call 201-547-6465 to have their name placed on the roster.  Walk-ins should arrive by 8:00, and must bring the $90 registration fee ($65 fee + $25 walk-in fee) payable by cash or certified check/money order made payable to NJCOOPEXAM. Personal checks will not be accepted.

The test will conclude at or around 11:45, so parents picking up their sons should plan accordingly.
