The Saint Peter’s Prep cross country team continued its strong season by taking the top six spots to roll to the South Hudson Championship title on Thursday at Bayonne Park in Bayonne.

This win marks Prep’s fourth consecutive South Hudson title.

Edwin Klanke led the charge for Prep, winning the 5k race in a blistering 15:46.6. Luke Bradley (16:21.7), Rodolfo Sanchez (16:25.0), Liam Concannon (16:29.4) and Tyler Parrado (16:49.6) rounded out the top five, finishing in second, third, fourth and fifth, respectively. Patrick McCabe (16:59.2) and Sebastian Pena (17:22.1) were the final two runners for Prep, finishing in sixth and ninth place.

Next up for the Marauders will be the Hudson County Championships at Bayonne Park on Saturday, November 2nd at 12:00 P.M.
