Since he first came to Grand & Warren in 1963, Fr. Tony Azzarto, S.J., has been a pillar of Prep life. Even as he enters his well-deserved retirement, generations of Prep alumni, parents, and colleagues will never forget the difference he has made in our community. That’s why we’re welcoming him back to campus this fall for a special birthday celebration!

Saturday, September 22
Mass at 4 p.m. in Prep’s O’Keefe Commons
Followed by a Birthday BBQ in the Prep Courtyard!

There is no charge to attend, but for planning purposes we ask that you register here!

Whether or not you can attend, you can also use the registration form to tell us your favorite Fr. Azzarto story. We’ll share some of your stories as part of the celebration!

Please contact Dalma Santana with any questions at SantanaD@spprep.org or 201-547-6420.

If you are planning to attend, please note: We already have more than 800 names on our guest list, and of course we will welcome as many well-wishers as possible to our celebration. But parking around campus is extremely limited, especially since the Prep courtyard will be set up to host our BBQ, so we strongly recommend you consider using mass transit (As most Prep students know, PATH at Grove Street or Exchange Place, or the Light Rail at Marin Boulevard or Exchange Place, are just a short walk away!)
