Information for Students Taking the HSPT Exam, Friday 11/10

On Friday, November 10, Saint Peter’s Prep will host more than 200 boys for the HSPT Entrance Exam. The HSPT is the high school entrance test used by Catholic high schools in the Newark and Paterson dioceses.

Students taking the exam at Prep should arrive by 8:00 am and should bring their HSPT registration ticket and several #2 pencils. Please come in through the school’s main entrance of the Moriarty Science Center on the Warren Street Plaza.

Walk-in registration:
NOTE: we are currently at capacity for students taking the exam, and will be unable to accept walk-ins, aside from those who have already contacted us.
Walk-in students should also report to the main entrance of the Moriarty Science Center on the Warren Street Plaza, and be sure to bring the $90 registration fee ($65 fee + $25 walk-in fee) payable by cash or certified check/money order made payable to “NJCOOPExam.”

The test will conclude at or around 11:45, so parents picking up their sons should plan accordingly. For answers to frequently asked questions, please visit http://www.njcoopexam.org
